I discovered my faith through pots and pans

As a child he was puzzled that his family had separate plates for some foods and used chicken fat instead of pork fat when cooking meals.

When, as an adult years later, he set out to find out why, the 60-year-old chef embarked on the long path to converting to Judaism.
